Here goes, this 3D version of Saber from Fate Stay Night are based on exclusive version of Saber Lily (FSN Unlimited Code).
According to the original illustrator, this Lily version came up from the idea of Saber's appearance of being "princess" instead of the usual "king" image.
So there you go, though this result was kind of "meh" for me.
